Meet Anselmo
I’m Anselmo — I was born here in Guimarães, but I spent half my life in Munich, working in restaurants and cafés with people from all over. Portuguese kitchens, Spanish flavours, international teams… I’ve seen it all, and I loved every second.
Now I’m back home doing what I enjoy most: welcoming people, serving food that’s full of flavour and made with care, and making sure everyone feels good here. I speak Portuguese, German, English, and Spanish — and I’m always up for a chat, no matter where you’re from.
